Napa Vineyard Inn Terms & Conditions
General Terms & Conditions:
+ Rates are based on double occupancy.
+ Two guests are allowed per room.
+ For reservations of more than two rooms, please call the Inn for details.
+ Use of the property is for registered guests only, unless previously approved by the Inn.
+ The Inn is a non-smoking property.
+ We welcome guests over the age of 14 years old.
+ Valid identification and credit card are required at check in.
Check in & Check out:
The check-in time is at 4 pm and the check-out time is at 12 pm. Any early check in or late check out requests may be coordinated via prior arrangements with the Inn.
In order to guarantee and confirm a reservation, we do require a deposit of the first night's room and tax, to be taken at the time the reservations are made.
Cancellation & Modification policy:
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation we ask that you do so 14 days or more prior to your arrival date. If you do need to cancel your reservation, if done 14 days or more prior to your arrival, we will refund your deposit less a 10% cancellation fee. If your reservation is cancelled inside the 14 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is subject to forfeiture.
Groups of three suites or more require 21 days prior to arrival for cancellations or modifications. If your reservation is cancelled or modified inside the 21 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is subject to forfeiture and/or monetary penalties may apply.
As much as we love them, unfortunately we do not allow pets to accompany your stay. We do however allow service animals.
